THE INDICATOR TELLS YOU WHEN THE PROCESS IS COMPLETE AND IT IS SAFE TO OPEN THE PUNCTURING MACHINE. THE CHECK BALL 'CLOSES' THE DRUM WHEN NOT PROCESSING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH EPA AND CALIFORNIA REGULATIONS WHILE ALLOWING VENTING OF ANY DANGEROUS PRESSURES TO CONFORM TO OSHA GUIDELINES.
