This shelf kit works with select 60in SX series economy Vulcan ranges and it allows you to store oven mitts turners food pans or other frequently used small items within reach above your range.The back riser assembly is designed to allow you to mount it on the right of a salamander broiler or a cheesemelter sold separately onto your range to increase productivity and includes required three mounting brackets on the bottom. To accommodate the weight of additional equipment the unit's backsplash has bent holes and longer bayonets made of thicker material to provide reliable support.
