Easily lift heavy plate material with this Vestil 6 1/16'' x 2 5/8'' x 7 15/16'' blue steel horizontal plate clamp HPC-20. This durable clamp lifts one plate at a time in a horizontal position. It is designed for plate material with a surface hardness of up to 30 on the RC scale. It accepts plates up to 13/16'' thick with a minimum weight of 400 lb. This clamp features a heavy-duty steel construction with a blue powder-coated finish and it has an ample 2000 lb. capacity.For proper operation of this clamp plate material should be clean and oil-free. This clamp should not be used to lift loads that are less than 20% of the rated capacity. It should not be used on stainless steel or aluminum plates. This clamp meets ASME B30.20 safety standards.
