StorWerks Work Storage Station have a wood workbench top and ample storage trays and bins for your materials. The High Capacity StorSystem by Certwood optimizes storage space while enabling organization. Two 3 section StorTray inserts are included. Our glide and tilt system allows safe access and examination of each tray and insures against accidental spilling of contents. Heavy Duty Steel Black Frame and Wood ShopTopTM Use casters (two locking) for mobile convenience or glide feet for solid static work surface and storage.
Heavy-duty rubber casters (two locking) support over 750 lbs per cart.
StorWerks Mobile Work station contains patented StorSystem trays and Bins. Black Frame and Wood Shop Top.
Shop Top worksurface is 1 -1/2" thick; 18" Wide x 60" L. Made of -1/2" composite medium density fiberboard (MDF) sandwiched between two pieces of -1/2" particle board. Particle board is sealed and finished with a clear, chemical -resistant, earth-friendly UV finish- 3/8" radius on top edge.
StorTrays feature the Safety Glide and Tilt System. Allowing easy access to contents while preventing accidental pull outs and content spillage. System allows multiple placement and configuration of multiple sized trays. Virtually indestructible, trays are manufactured from High Impact Polystyrene, StorSystem Trays are 8 times stronger than conventional trays and will not shatter on impact. Chemical resistant to various acids, alkalis, alcohols, and oils.
Smooth 3/16" interior radius corners are easily cleaned with most cleaning solutions Tote Trays are reversible and feature our unique dual labelling system. The E-Z Peel Labeling feature on the front of the trays allow any adhesive label to be removable. Labels and shields are available for the back of the trays.
Durable Construction: Front and Rear frames are fully welded, 1" square, 16-gauge steel tube frames with baked-on epoxy finish. Top metal panel is made from 18-gauge formed steel sheets with baked -on epoxy finish.
Glide & Tilt Structural Runners, molded from engineering grade ABS. are secured to steel tube frames.
