This is a pressure relief and redistribution mattress that meets the needs of the psychiatric community with a durable outer cover with no zipper. Sections that adjust individually to distribute weight and relieve interface pressure. Ultra-soft heel zone that lowers pressure beneath sensitive heels. High density base of compression resistant foam for support, weight distribution and extended mattress life. High strength, rip resistant, waterproof, easy cleanable nylon cover. Security cover completely encloses mattress with high strength stitching and no zipper.
