Description
This is a spring-loaded tilt latch for both single and double hung vinyl windows. This is an injected molded plastic in white; with fasteners. Used on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning, 3-3/8 in. in length, 1-1/4 in. width and 2-5/16 in. hole centers, 5/16 in. backset. Each package contains 1 left-hand latch and 1 right-hand latch to repair 1 window each.Used on single and double hung windows Plastic thumb latch locks and releases spring-loaded latch 2-15/16 in. on center mounting holes Injected molded plastic in white Includes 1 left and 1 right spring-loaded tilt latch All necessary All the necessary mounting hardware is included for a quick and easy installation A Phillips head screwdriver is required for installation For further dimensional information, please see the line drawing
