Picklex® 20 can perform the following multiple jobs (11 jobs) in One Step & is a combination of the following:
1) Metal Cleaner (for mill oil & cutting fluid)
2) Rust remover: Doesn’t etch the metal surface. So, the surface stays intact.
3) Rust Inhibitor - Indoor Rust Protection (more than 8 to 10 years)
4) 100% Rust/Mill scale Converter - Converts to a nano conversion coating
5) Conversion coating - Provides a weldable & paintable nano Conversion coating
6) Weld Prep. - Provides much better welding than AWS or ASME code welding. Zero Weld failure (does not cause hydrogen embrittlement). On Hot rolled steel, the mill scale does not have to be removed.
