The BioCeramix coating is applied to both the inside and the outside of each pan making cleanup easy. The pan is dishwasher safe. This pasta cooker features double Bakelite handles on either side of the pan that are designed for comfort with a soft touch treatment for a safer grip. The handles are heat resistant up to 700 degrees fahrenheit.
