This hoist has a 2 ton capacity and a lift length of 20'.Thanks to the hand wheel the chain can be fed from various directions without it jamming. This allows the operator to use the hoist when standing next to a load or above a load. To easily attach loads this hoist has forged alloy steel hooks that swivel 360 degrees. It also has sealed roller bearings for smooth operation and a thrust bearing on the lower hook to easily rotate the suspended load without twisting the chain.This unit has an enclosed and protected Weston-style brake system with a reliable twin pawl design. The gears are also fully-enclosed to protect against debris and contamination. For safe use this unit has standard overload protection set at 150% of the rated load to prevent damage to the hoist. It also has a heavy-duty cast-steel safety latch to safely change latches in the field.
