This aggressive Sierra emulsifier is designed for easy removal of heavy buildups and excessively burnished finishes. Not only can it be used as a noscrub floor stripper it can also be used with a conventional floor machine and pad depending on the concentration of the product and the condition of the floor's surface. Plus it's suitable for use on vinyl tile vinyl asbestos asphalt tile linoleum rubber tile concrete flagstone terrazzo and ceramic tile making it great for a variety of floors in your establishment. StepByStep Instructions : Before using the emulsifier sweep or dust mop the floor to remove any debris. Dilute the concentrate from 1:3 to 1:14 32 oz. to 9 oz./gal with cold or warm water depending on the age and buildup of the finish. Do not use hot water. Apply the solution liberally with a mop to a small area being sure to completely cover floor to baseboards. After 3 to 5 minutes agitate the wet section with a mop or machine scrub. Pick up the solution using a mop wet vac or automatic scrubber. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clear water to remove residue as necessary. Please note that asphalt tile and rubber flooring could be affected by stripping solutions in high concentrations with hot water. Always test the floor before proceeding.
