All aluminum construction. Extruded interlocking side panels provide 34 tray slides at 1.5" intervals. Bottom mounted heat unit is easily removable for cleaning and repair. Dual purpose cabinet - use for proofing or holding. Proof mode provides lower temperatures and humidity (use with distilled water only). Hold mode provides dry heat up to 180 degrees with insulated cabinets. 8 foot power cord with 3 prong plug requires 15 amp dedicated non-GFI circuit. 5" plate casters (2 with brakes). Ships fully assembled via truckline. ETL listed
