About Safety Tags & Identification
Lockout tags safely identify which machine or systems have been properly shut off. Industrial workplaces have known lockout tagout, or LOTO procedures. This entails safety tags, along with locking devices, such as lockout hasps, to be placed onto equipment that needs repairs. The safety tags have blank lines for writing remarks, and a signature block for the person who is requesting the lock out. This states that a device or machine cannot be turned back on until repairs have been completed. We have individual tag items, lock out tag out kits, and lock out stations that permit safety. For additional locking mechanisms to take the procedures a step further, we have lockout padlocks and electrical lockout devices such as wall switch locks.
