No. D2000-7CST) twist tie wire and feature heavy-duty cutting knives for ASCR, screws, nails, and most hardened wire. The diagonal-cutters (Cat. No. D248-9ST) have an angled head to cut tie wire in confined spaces. Two-Piece pliers set twists and cuts soft annealed rebar tie wire. Includes a side-cutter (D20007CST) and diagonal-cutter (D2489ST). Each with plastic-dipped handles for comfort. Angled head to get into confined spaces. High-leverage design has 36-Percent more cutting power. Both tools feature "Handform" handles with a hook-bend for added grip and leverage. Induction hardened cutting knives for long life.
