Self-Locking Steel Alloy Tower Hook w/ 1.97” Gate Opening

The Ironwear 2820 tower hook provides superior strength and versatility over standard hooks. With a large gate opening of 1.97”, this hook allows for connection to a wider variety of anchorage points, making it ideal for use with thicker beams such as scaffolding and pipes. The turn-locking mechanism at the opening automatically locks when released, while the steel alloy construction provides a gate strength of 3,600 lbs and a minimum breaking strength of 9,000 lbs, meeting ANSI Z359.12.
Designed specifically for industrial use, this hook can be adapted for various purposes in a wide range of fall-arrest systems. It is not approved for use in any non-occupational applications.
To clean, wipe with warm water and mild soap, then rinse with a damp cloth and leave to air dry. Avoid submerging or soaking in water or solution. Do NOT machine wash or dry. Do NOT use aggressive cleaning solutions such as bleach or acetone.
