The Hot Max 100G Junior Max is the premier medium output propane torch on the market. The 100,000 BTU Junior Max is smaller than the Model 500G Big Max for smaller applications where less heat is needed. Perfect for burning brush with clean and efficient LP gas eliminating caustic chemicals in the environment and around sensitive plants. The Idle Boost / Fuel Saver Valve saves time and fuel by allowing you to set the flame at a pilot flame and then depress the handle for a full flow burst of heat. The Jr Max is perfect for melting snow and ice, removing parking lot markings and other paint removal, thaws frozen pipes and equipment, pre-heats metals for welding or branding, melts tar and asphalt, and hundreds of other uses. Hot Max torches have molded handles, which are trademarked, for better control and comfort and the long handle keeps you from bending over. The Hot Max Jr Max uses standard liquid propane tanks (like those used on BBQ grills) up to 100 pound tanks. The Jr Max comes with a 10 feet UL/CSA Listed gas hose (rated at 350 PSI), a solid brass Idle Boost / Fuel Saver valve with integral adjusting needle valve to control the flame, a POL safety valve (to prevent excess propane gas flow), and a single flint striker for lighting the torch.
