This Electric Portable Vacuum is for use on metallic surfaces such as aluminum, magnesium, titanium, commercial alloys. It utilized for the recovery of metallic, conductive and explosive dusts, adding them into a liquid immersion bath such as water, paraffin oil or mineral oil, which
renders hazardous dusts inert.
Raptor Vac 61461 is legally certified as explosion-proof and dust ignition-proof, the powerful suction For safe recovery of combustible-conductive dusts. Collects maximum 22 lbs. (10 kg) of metal dust into 7.9 gallons (30 liters) of neutralizing liquid.
Raptor Vac 61465 is static-dissipating, conductive and created from top-quality stainless-steel. It comes with an easy one-click detaching and connecting of recovery tank and tool basket. It has been Has Aerosol leak tested for quality assurance and is Dust Ignition Protected. Raptor Vac 61465 includes a HEPA H14 Filter with 99.995% efficiency on 0.3 micron The filter is located downstream of the motor. Dynabrade recommends the use of mineral oil with viscosity of 10.5 cSt. Connect two tools simultaneously.
