For your safety the immersion heater has a high limit safety switch to automatically shut off the heater and illuminate the control panel pilot light. This unit accommodates 5 6'' deep 12'' x 20'' pans to ensure all your food storage needs are met and includes adapter bars to adjust the unit accordingly. With a galvanized steel exterior and stainless steel top 1'' drain with screen and louver included this unit is durable and comes with everything you need for easy operation.
