The sewn sectioned padding on the back of these gloves provides greater dexterity and range of hand movement. This is ideal for MMA training, where you will not only be striking but working in the clinch and in various grappling/submission positions. The gloves also have open fingers/thumbs, and an open palm for better grip traction. they are made with our Advanced Foam Core (AFC) padding and Grab Tab wrist straps for easy adjustments.

The padding of this glove is divided into sections, providing optimum flex and coverage while maintaining the dexterity needed for MMA training for example, while practicing ground-and-pound, grappling, or moving into the clinch. The Grab Tab feature allows you to easily tighten or undo the hook-and-loop straps, or remove the gloves, even with tired and wrapped or gloved-up hands.
