Pour water over tea bag and steep for about 4 minutes. Remove tea bag. Let it steep for 3 minutes then remove the tea bags. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves. To chill place tea concentrate in the freezer for 30-45 minutes. To make a martini take 2 oz. of the cooled sweet tea and mix it with 1 oz. of vodka. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
