This low profile parking garage fixture is IP66 rated for indoor and outdoor applications.
The LEDLUMINA BS400 LED is DLC listed and meets the requirements of parking garages. Some performance specifications include:Delivered Lumens:

Designed with simplicity and ease of installation in mind, the LEDLUMINA BS400LED is available in five different mounting options — surface mount, aviation cable, pendant kit, trunnion mount and chain kit.
Other applications include under canopy, storage areas, walkways, gas stations, and parking decks.
This A/C only powered version features an output of 5632 lumens at 4000° K.
