Ames' Maximum-Stretch is a top elastomeric liquid rubber roof coating. It is designed for maintaining and waterproofing many different types of roofing systems. Changes in temperature as well as extreme weather can cause expansion and contraction in roofing and will result in cracks and leaks over time. Maximum-Stretch is an up to 750% elastomeric roof sealant and remains flexible at freezing temperatures. This roof coating is up to 98% reflective, which helps you keep your building cooler and saves on cooling costs. • UV Resistant
