The cart is built with an open base to accommodate trays and glass racks while the top features holes where the 12 silverware cylinders are placed. Each cylinder is made of orange plastic. The cart itself is made of type 304 stainless steel to ensure long-lasting use and rust- and corrosion-resistance.For easy mobility the cart includes 4 locking casters. These make sure that the cart moves easily around the back-of-house but locks in place for steady stationary use when needed.
