1/4 in. to 5/16 in. Lever-Type Load Binder with Grab Hooks

KingChain lever-type load binders are made from drop-forged steel and are designed for securing loads in chain binding applications on flatbed trucks and rail cars, as well as for cargo holding in the marine industry. Our chain binders are made for heavy duty transport securement, and have the size, break strength, & work load limit clearly marked on the handle for quick identification. Meets U.S. D.O.T. 393.100-393.102 requirements for use with chain. Includes grab hooks at both ends, which swivel 360° for easy attachment. Painted safety yellow for high visibility. Lever type binder allows for quicker application of load compared to ratchet type load binders. This load binder is made for 1/4" chain and meets Grade 43 transport standards, as set by the National Association of Chain Manufacturers (NACM96). Do not exceed a work load limit of 2,600 lbs.
