The teardrop upright frames come pre-assembled for easy customer set-up, and the uprights allow for more flexible configuration, making it easy to modify and adapt to new storage environments. Each frame is painted blue using a cataphoretic process to prevent corrosion. The side perforations are used for fitting struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design allows each shelf to be adjusted in 2in increments. Bolt frame connections are grade 5 and zinc-plated with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening. All nuts, with a serrated flange, remain securely fastened with no extra maintenance. The standard, pre-punched footplates allow for easy anchoring, and a recessed channel in the columnfts shape keeps the bolts and nuts safely away from products and people. If a component is damaged on the upright frame, repairs are only necessary on that element, making this a very economical product.
