It is controlled via a rotary hopper operated from the outside with the vault-style steel handle. Simply turn the handle and the drum rotates to drop the items securely into the safe. This totally secure deposit method makes it impossible to fish out deposits of any kind. Deposits are dropped directly into the left-side locker making the safe ideal for the short-term storage of cash and checks in restaurants resorts and other cash-heavy businesses. An independent right-side locker is ideal for the long-term storage of cash coin larger valuables such as electronic devices and any other items that need safekeeping. For exceptional door security each door has 5 pry-resistant solid steel deadbolts.**For the ultimate ease of use for authorized staff the safe features 2 digital numeric keypads designed for quick access. Hidden behind each keypad a manual key lock provides secondary access and is opened in the event of lock-out or by unauthorized personnel using the 2 included backup keys. The digital memory bank stores a total of 1 master PIN code and 5 additional user PIN codes. Once the safe is unlocked the large polished steel handle on the door makes it easy to open and close.**This heavy-walled safe is constructed of solid steel.
